Dr. Wallace Judd is the founder of Authentic Testing, Inc. and a certified ANSI examiner as well as a respected expert on testing, training, and statistics. He is an experienced instructor and has spoken at numerous conferences throughout his professional career.

Prior to forming Authentic Testing, Dr. Judd served as the Testing Director for the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography. He also was the Executive Director of the Performance Testing Council and currently is President-Elect. Most recently, Dr. Judd has been researching new performance certification statistics.

Dr. Judd received his Ph.D. from Stanford University where he specialized in computer adaptive testing. In 1989 he founded Mentrix Corporation which was later sold to Kelly Services, for whom he became a research fellow and Vice President of Research and Design. During his time at Mentrix Dr. Judd developed the Judd Test series of ten computer-administered, hands-on performance tests of software, typing and transcription.
